Find new inspiration and possibilities with fibers containing natural fillersThe PLA Nature series was created with the aim of developing new material textures for 3D printing through the use of biological fillers. Nature series filaments are characterized by easy printing, unique textures and colors, and low shrinkage. A significant amount of visible bio-filler in Nature PLA filaments is a unique feature compared to traditional PLA material. The printed model can also be subjected to an annealing process, which subsequently increases its thermal resistance.The PLA Nature series are 3D printing filaments based on PLA produced with bio-fillers, such as:
distillery raw material (PLA Nature Pils Beer and PLA Nature Dark Beer),
seaweed (PLA Nature Algae and PLA Nature Algae Nori),
industrial hemp residues including sawdust and fibers (PLA Nature Hemp).
flax (PLA Nature Flax).
The particle size of natural fillers used in production has been specifically reduced to increase their proportion in the fiber and allow printing on a much larger number of devices using standard settings for PLA fibers.
