Popis

Increased thermal resistance and high impact strengthSpectrum PLA Pro filament is a modified PLA-based material designed for the production of filaments for 3D printing.

Thanks to the orientation of the chemical composition of the material, the effect of combining the advantages of PLA and ABS was achieved.

It was possible to achieve high impact strength of the manufactured elements (50% higher than that of classic ABS material) while also maintaining high tensile strength – characteristic of PLA-based materials.By changing the chemical composition, the material's flow coefficient was also improved.

The PLA PRO filament is primarily an excellent solution for industrial applications.

The foundation is high printing efficiency and, above all, the ability to increase printing speed.Crystallization:PLA Pro filament can be processed at high temperatures using a heating chamber.

After crystallization, the model has increased thermal resistance (up to 85 °C) and nearly double the impact strength compared to standard ABS.* Uneven heating can lead to unexpected deformations and suboptimal performance of printed parts.

Ensure that there are no hot/cold spots in the heating chamber.

The typical annealing time for parts with a wall thickness of approximately 3.2 mm is on average 20 minutes.
