The Virtuos HT-855A professional barcode scanner is designed for reliable and fast scanning of both one-dimensional and two-dimensional codes.

Thanks to the combination of a CCD scanner and a modern CMOS camera sensor with a resolution of 640 x 480 pixels, this device can decode even difficult-to-read, blurred, or crumpled codes from various surfaces, including transparent packaging and mobile phone displays.

It is an ideal solution for reading electronic prescriptions, QR codes for mobile payments, and standard barcodes in retail, pharmacies, or restaurants.The device offers a high reading speed of up to 60 frames per second and operates with a resolution of 3 mil, ensuring accurate capture of even very dense and long codes.

The width of the reading field ranges from 6 to 36 cm, while the reading angle reaches 65 degrees horizontally and 60 degrees vertically.

The scanner is equipped with white LED illumination for reading and a red indicator stripe for easy code targeting, enabling seamless scanning even from multiple codes placed next to each other.

The sensor is resistant to extreme lighting conditions and can handle ambient light from 0 up to 100,000 lux of sunlight.Connectivity via the USB interface enables emulation of both a keyboard and an RS232 serial port, simplifying integration into various systems.
